Aidana joined IDP in 2024 as the Project Coordinator for North America.
Aidana (she/her) has a background in higher education consulting and brings skills in policy research, project management, administration and communications. Most recently, she worked as an Associate, Research & Marketing, at Higher Education Strategy Associates (HESA), where she supported projects related to institutional improvement and academic programs, while also managing the company’s business development and marketing efforts.
Aidana holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, with research interests in public governance, policy change, and comparative and international education. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of British Columbia, expanding her studies through international exchanges at LUISS Guido Carli, Paris Dauphine, and the Université libre de Bruxelles, where she explored political science and economics.
